Had points on our old app? Don’t forget to claim your rewards!

Before switching to Hard Times Pass, our previous loyalty program converted every 100 points into a $3 reward coupon. While our new app no longer uses points for money-off coupons, we still want to make sure customers receive any rewards they earned before the switch.

If you had enough points by June 1st, your coupon(s) have been set aside for you — but you must download the new Hard Times Pass app to receive them.

Important:
• You do NOT need to create a new account
• Your existing phone number/login still works
• Points and club counts were transferred over
• Multiple coupons may be available depending on how many points you had

Download Hard Times Pass today and claim your rewards!
