Strength: Full

The Question: How far could we take the newspaper cigar concept without losing what made it fun in the first place?That became Newsboys.

The Branding: We elevated it by individually numbering every cigar, giving each one a more collectible, intentional feel.

The Blend: The centerpiece is a dark, oily hybrid Connecticut Broadleaf grown in Estelí, Nicaragua, paired with a Jalapabinder and well-fermented Estelí fillers. The cigar had to be every bit as impressive as the presentation.

The Experience: The newspaper remained, but everything around it became more refined: vintage Privada imagery, asecurity hologram, the classic Privada Cigar Club band, and the reveal of that incredible wrapper underneath.

The Result: Familiar yet luxurious. Playful yet premium. Approachable, but unmistakably special. Extremely premium.Extremely Privada.

Strength: Full

The Gamble: Raul Lanuza planted Cameroon seed in Estelí and pushed it further than most would even attempt,coaxing a dark, almost black wrapper out of soil that typically would not produce it.

The Leaf: Anyone familiar with Lanuza's signature Cameroon Negro already knows what to expect. It still carries theunmistakable character of Cameroon, but with a depth, richness and attitude that feels entirely its own.

The Roll: Box-pressed with a pigtail foot, leaning into tradition and rebellion at the same time. The size is classic. Theleaf is anything but.

Why We Made It: It carries Raul's signature edge while honoring one of Brian's favorite styles, taking somethingfamiliar and pushing it into unfamiliar territory.

The Point: A custom smoke built around a leaf that probably should not exist in the first place, for those who understandwhat can happen when a blender is willing to bet everything on the to***co.

Swiss Roll is back!

Swiss Roll was built around a simple question.

What if Blue Cheese grew up?

The cigar follows the same philosophy that made Blue Cheese such a cult favorite among Privada members, but pushes the concept further. Richer. Darker. More decadent.

To make it happen, Privada partnered with AJ Fernandez and built the blend around an exceptional AA+ Grade Mexican San Andrés wrapper, one of the highest classifications available from this renowned to***co. Beneath it sits a rare Costa Rican binder and a foundation of Nicaraguan fillers from Estelí, Condega, and Jalapa.

The result is a cigar that feels indulgent without becoming heavy. Every component was selected to create layers of sweetness, spice, and texture while maintaining balance from start to finish.

Even the presentation reflected the concept. Swiss Roll was packaged with artwork inspired by the Swiss franc, turning the cigar into both a collectible release and a memorable smoking experience.
