We have New Laws that go into effect in Indiana for the V**e Industry.
👉Two major new va**ng bills go into effect in Indiana on July 1, 2026: Senate Enrolled Act 185 and House Bill 1402.

***In Indiana, Senate Enrolled Act (SEA) 185 primarily refers to a major 2024 education law that restricts student cell phone use during class time. A later version (SEA 185 from 2026) also updated alcohol and to***co regulations.
