March 2025 Ci**rs of the Month: The Best of Montecristo

This month we feature two ci**rs from Montecristo: the Montecristo M and the 1935 Anniversary Edición Diamante.

The Montecristo M features a 20-year-old Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper with Nicaraguan fillers and binder to***co. The draw opens with a perfect balance of ceder and chocolate, and as the stick burns down the flavors attenuate to a creamy, earthy vanilla. Expertly crafted, the Montecristo M box can double as an elegant humidor.

The Montecristo 1935 Anniversary Edición Diamante is a Nicaraguan puro that uses a low-priming hybrid wrapper grown in Jalapa, a criollo-seed binder from Ometepe and fillers from Estelí. It has a full profile driven by coffee and black pepper that pairs well with a deep red wine, like a cabernet or malbec, or with a smokey bourbon.

Rocky Patel Aged Limited Rare II - November 2024 Cigar of the Month

Buzzwords like "aged," "limited" and "rare" are thrown around quite a bit in the cigar world, but Rocky Patel gives these words new meaning with his Aged Limited Rare II (A.L.R.) brand.
