During this guided experience, you’ll taste Five W**es, each from a different American Viticultural Area—served completely blind. With no labels or clues, it’s up to you to analyze the aromas, flavors, and structure to figure out what US growing region each of the W**es is from. Our sommeliers will lead the tasting, offer expert insights, and reveal each w**e as we go, making this both educational and entertaining for w**e lovers of all levels.

Whether you’re new to w**e or looking to sharpen your tasting skills, this event is designed to spark curiosity, conversation, and discovery.

Join us for The Tipsy Chef Cooking Workshop—an evening of hands-on cooking, great w**e, and delicious flavors. Hosted by Chef Maricarmen Marrufo at The W**e Collective of Scottsdale, this fun and interactive class takes place on Friday, September 25th at 6 PM.

Chef Maricarmen will guide you step-by-step in creating Fresh Pasta from Scratch along with homemade Pistachio Pesto Sauce! We will also have grilled chicken breast available if you want to add some protein. It's the perfect summer pasta dish for impressing friends and family at home this summer! Throughout the evening, enjoy three curated w**e pours thoughtfully paired to complement the dish.

Join Chef Maricarmen Marrufo for a hands-on evening learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch with homemade pistachio pesto sauce. And because pasta is always better with w**e, you’ll enjoy three curated w**e pours thoughtfully paired throughout the evening.
