Bringing friends together one Holiday Highball at a time.

Jim Beam Holiday Highball Recipe:
1.5 parts Jim Beam®
2 parts Cranberry Juice
4 parts Ginger Ale
Lime Wedge
Squeeze and drop lime wedge into a tall Collins glass and fill with ice. Add Jim Beam®, Cranberry Juice, Ginger Ale and stir to combine. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Caramel Brûlée Latte Martini

Ingredients :
1 oz vodka (vanilla vodka is bomb so get it)
1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa is best)
1 oz caramel liqueur (Baileys Salted Caramel)
1 oz freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooler section of your favorite store)
1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
Ice

Optional:
Caramel syrup or a caramelized sugar rim (for garnish)

Garnish:
Whipped cream, caramel drizzle, or a sprinkle of sugar (optional)

Instructions:
Prepare the Glass: Alway Optional but FUN
To create a caramelized sugar rim do this, moisten the rim of the martini glass with a little water or a lime wedge, then dip it into sugar. You can also drizzle some caramel syrup inside the glass for added flavor and decoration.

Prep the Cocktail:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, caramel liqueur, espresso, and heavy cream (or half-and-half). Add ice to fill the shaker. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the cocktail is well-chilled and frothy. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass. And garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel syrup, or a sprinkle of sugar for extra sweetness and flair.

Tips!
Extra Caramel Flavor: Add a drizzle of caramel syrup inside the glass or mix it into the cocktail for a richer caramel flavor.

Frothy Version: For extra froth, shake the cocktail without ice for a few seconds before adding the ice to the shaker.

Boozy Kick: For an extra boozy kick, add a splash of bourbon or spiced rum.
