Summer is here, and there's no better way to celebrate than with rosé in your glass and friends by your side.

Join us this Thursday for an evening celebrating one of America's most iconic summer wine producers, Wölffer Estate Vineyard. We're excited to welcome Wölffer Brand Ambassador Liz Lare, who will guide us through a curated tasting of the winery's most beloved wines from Long Island, Provence, and the Loire Valley.

Known for capturing the spirit of summer in every bottle, Wölffer Estate has become synonymous with elegant rosé, coastal freshness, and effortless sophistication. This special tasting offers a unique opportunity to learn about the winery's history, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy directly from a Wölffer representative.

Bring your rosé-loving friends, discover your new favorite summer bottle, and celebrate the start of the season with us.

Saturday's Tasting | Wines of the Mediterranean Climate

Spend your Saturday with us from 11 AM–1 PM as we explore wines shaped by the Mediterranean climate — coastal influences, warm sunshine, and mineral-driven terroirs that create freshness, elegance, and character in the glass.

This tasting highlights vibrant expressions from some of the Mediterranean’s most iconic wine-growing regions, from volcanic Sicily and seaside Provence to the windswept vineyards of Santorini.

This Saturday's pours include:

Every Thursday evening and Saturday afternoon, we open The Tasting Room: an intimate, ticketed tasting experience built around a curated flight of four wines, hand-selected by our team. Each week brings a new theme — a different region, varietal, or story to explore. Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth, there's always something new in the glass. Come anytime in the tasting hours and explore the world of wine with our Sommelier Team.

What's included with every ticket:

A curated tasting flight of 4 wines

1oz of Wine Chips paired with the wines

Printed tasting notes to take home

Special discounts on the tasting wines

Seatings:

Thursdays — 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Saturdays — 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Tickets must be purchased ahead of your reservation. You may purchase multiple tickets at one time, and we can accommodate your party seating. For groups over 6 people, please email [email protected].

$35 per guest. Must be 21+. This is a curated tasting experience — not a by-the-glass service. To accommodate, your party may arrive anytime within the tasting times.

Founded in 1980, COS helped redefine what Sicilian wine could be — championing organic farming, native varietals, and traditional amphora aging long before it became fashionable. Their wines have become benchmarks for authenticity, energy, and sense of place.
