It’s the best time of the year for fishing the lake!

The summer crowds are gone, and it’s just you, the sunrise, and the fish. No blaring radios, just birdsong and the call of tree frogs. This is what peace looks like.

Remember , when you were a kid, signaling with your arm as you passed tractor trailers on long car rides, hoping the driver would answer with a blare of their air horn?

In honor of all those drivers who answered back, Sunday is national 10-4 day, honoring CB radio culture, truckers, and travelers.
