Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3 pm to 8 pm

We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Great bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes standard hourly wage and tips.

Responsibilities

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for tap room patrons
Interact with and educate customers, take orders, and serve drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Check customers’ identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all New Mexico food and beverage regulations

Requirements

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
New Mexico Server Certification

✨Helles is Wonderland✨
A Munich style helles lager that is more malty sweet than hoppy bitter and yet finishes dry.
We take our time with this beer. We cold ferment our Helles in the German tradition with bottom fermenting lager yeast. Soft, smooth, and subtle flavors of German pilsner malt (graham cracker) and noble hops, (spicy and floral) shine through. More sweet than bitter with a dry finish, this pale lager is both approachable and sophisticated.

December’s Week 4 Beer Release ✨Gunpowder Ale✨Draft available in both taprooms
ABV : 8.9%
An intensely hoppy, strong pale ale with subtle malt notes reminiscent of honey on toast. It’s slightly dry finish and floral notes are due, in fact, to the addition of local honey added at the end of the boil. Although intense in flavor, it is surprisingly smooth and drinkable. It is mellowed through barrel
aging, while also picking up oaky notes and flavors from our navy strength
gin, including juniper berries, ginger and other spices.

An Americanized version of a Belgian Farmhouse Ale. This barrel aged strong ale is the product of a mixed fermentation of ale yeast, brettanomyces (wild yeast) and a hint of lactobacillus (souring). Fruity and spicy with a dry finish and just a lick of funk, this bottle conditioned beer improves with age.
