In this class, we will take you on a trip to South Africa, with 3 different wines made by some of the best up-and-coming winemakers. You will learn how this country has cultivated quality wine production and sustainable vineyards. This will be a singular opportunity to explore a place that not many have visited and wines that are not easy to find.

💚 NEW take on a Satellite classic 💚
Out SBCFM quickly reminds me of how wonderful fall/winter produce is. The colder weather really brings out beautiful colors and deep rich flavors. We are very happy to bring back our confit brassicas, this time around keeping things a little more focused on immune support. The confit romanesco is poached in olive oil with coriander seeds and garlic. It is then cooled and strained and topped with a sesame seed and ginger sauce, fresh mint leaves, sumac, and little gem cups. It’s meant to be eaten like a larb/ taco/ lettuce cup type thing and of course meant to be shared amongst family and friends and or as a self care treat.
