Hello fellow cigar aficionados,

As I mentioned in our previous video, I wanted to update you on some changes we've made during this transitional period. First and foremost, we've prioritized organization and tidiness. We've implemented an inventory management system to ensure consistent pricing and speedy checkouts. We've also completely re-inventoried the humidor, making it easier for you to find what you're looking for.

Secondly, we've renovated the back room. We've replaced all the old furniture, added new chairs and a new TV, and reconfigured the layout to create a more open and inviting space. We've also upgraded the lighting and added a commercial-grade air filter while doing heavy maintenance on the fresh air vent. Now, smoke won't linger in the back room, and fresh air will flow in.

Lastly, we're in the process of completely organizing the front of the store, and expect this to be completed over the next few weeks. Our aim with all these changes is to provide you with an improved shopping experience by making items easier to find and pricing more clear and consistent.

My name is Erik Engebretson. My father, Myron Engebretson, was the owner of Sandy Springs Ci**rs for over a decade. Sadly, my father passed away at the beginning of the year, leaving the future of the store uncertain. Prior to my father's passing, I was not involved in the store's operations, but after meeting with our long-time manager, David Schumm, I quickly understood the passion he and our customers have for the store and ci**rs. After many discussions with David, we have aligned our vision for the future of the store. David has agreed to be the revamped store's operations manager, so the friendly faces of David and Howard you are used to will remain the same!

Our commitment to you, our valued customers, is to provide a welcoming and humble shopping experience. We offer an expansive selection of premium ci**rs at reasonable prices for all of our aficionados.
