Dear Cloud City Vapors Costumers,

The comment period for the FDA’s deeming regulations ends this Friday, August 8th. We are making our voices heard here but it is imperative that the FDA hears from you, the consumers who these products have impacted!

The FDA has not attempted to analyze the size of the industry in its impact assessment, leading it to vastly underestimate the impact the regulations will have on US businesses and their customers.

As a customer you have a valuable role, you can directly submit their own experience, and this must be taken into account when the FDA issues their final rule.

Please, will you spend a few minutes today to compose your own response to the FDA? Have at look at an example write up by ECF Founder and Director Oliver Kershaw.
