Double trouble from the Dolomites — new wines from Dornach and Foradori in this week!
+ Patrick and Karoline Uccelli tend their biodynamic farm with utmost passion and care — healthy soils and biodiversity are their guiding principles, leading to super pure and expressive wines.
+ Elisabetta Foradori needs no introduction as one of Italy’s leading mavens of biodynamics and reigning queen of the Dolomites — but her lovely children have taken up the mantle just as graciously. Lots of new wines in from la famiglia — including some cool mags!— and we’ll be pouring the Lezer, Yorgo, and Manzoni Bianco this Thursday!
