visited the shop today with some beautiful bottles. Here’s some details they’ve provided about these two absolute delights.
Atrial Rubicite
“The OG Jester King barrel-aged fruited wild ale re-fermented with over 7 pounds per gallon of Washington raspberries. Explosively aromatic, sharply tart, and refined through nearly a decade of craft. Originally released in 2013, Atrial Rubicite was our first-ever fruit beer and remains a benchmark for our wild ale program.

Fēn Tào
“A seasonal celebration of the Texas Hill Country. Fēn Táo is a barrel-aged wild ale re-fermented with fresh June Gold and Texas Royal peaches from Vogel Orchard in Fredericksburg—just down the road from the brewery.
Processed by hand, fermented on the skins, matured in oak, and conditioned naturally, this beer is sunshine in a glass. It’s dry, tart, and brimming with peach aroma, capturing the fleeting beauty of Texas summer.”
