📢📢📢PSA for hunters… as you may know, MN DNR has completely replaced their licensing process, catering to online/ mobile licensing.
Unfortunately, those of us who prefer a physical paper copy are kind of left behind.
Previously, the DNR provided retailers like me with a printer and nice, durable, waterproof paper for your licenses. This will be no more. I am working on a solution because carrying around a printer-paper version of your license is not going to work, obviously. Enjoy my frustration in the video 👇
Here are a few FAQs:
1) do you have to use the app? NO
2) will the app work in the middle of Beltrami where there is no service? As long as you do all of your licensing stuff before heading out, yes, you should be able to access your license. At least that’s what I’m told.
3) So I don’t need to physically tag my deer anymore? Nope! But ONLY if you get your license online or on your phone.
