We're officially one week out from our Centennial Celebration and Old Mill Days! Join us next Friday & Saturday, May 8-9, and see what life was like in the Ozarks during the milling era. Activities include historical skill demonstrations, an arts and crafts fair, self-guided walking and mill tours, "then/now" pictures, hands-on crafts & games, and more! Big news — I’ve officially sold Happy Pappys Campground! 🎉
It’s a little bittersweet, but I’m so thankful for all the love, support, and memories over the years. The friendships and relationships I’ve been able to build through this journey mean the world to me.

A quick note for campers: there will be ZERO changes to your current reservations. All existing bookings will be honored — whether prepaid or paid at arrival. Happy Pappys Campground will continue to use RoverPass for all future reservations.

As for me (Marcus Gorman) — I’m not going far! I still own the four cabins at the front of the property and plan to build even more in the near future. These will now be a standalone brand called Happy Pappy’s Cabins! We will also continue selling ice and firewood for your stays.

Most importantly, to all of our wonderful customers: THANK YOU for your support, trust, and friendship over the years. I truly appreciate each and every one of you, and I hope your next Montauk trip includes a stay in one of our cozy cabins
