2oz of vodka
1oz of chocolate liquor
0.5oz pistachio cream
1oz of heavy cream or half and half.
Cocktail shaker with ice, shake for 15 to 20 seconds
Pour over ice into a rocks class
Optional: dust top with crushed pistachios.

Don Vicente Tequila Extra Añejo is a premium tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, produced by master distiller Felipe Camarena at Destileria El Pandillo (NOM 1579). It is aged for at least three years in used American white oak bourbon barrels. This extra añejo is notable for its balance of cooked agave flavor, fruit, and spice, with less of the heavy oak notes common in many extra añejos.
