📍 Penedès, Catalunya —this pét-nat-style Xarel·lo is crisp, citrusy, and refreshingly dry.

🌸 The Flower and the Bee Treixadura 2023
📍 Ribeiro, Galicia — From one of Galicia’s pioneering organic estates. Lively, floral, and mineral-driven with gorgeous texture from old-vine Treixadura.
