Today's Lunch Special is a Steak Tip Ceasar Sandwich. It has Marinated Beef Tenderloin that is reverse seared and sliced thin with Applewood Smoked Bacon and Provolone Cheese. We top it with house made French Fried Onions, and Lettuce. It's paired with our house made Garlic Aoili and Creamy Ceasar Dressing. We serve it on a fresh Focaccia Bread.

Today's Lunch Special is what we'll call the Big Saporano. It's an authentic Italian Sandwich piled high with Mortadella, Capocollo, Genoa Salami and Pepperoni with Provolone Cheese. It's topped with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Pickles, Roasted Red Peppers and Pepperoncini Peppers. It's paired with our house made Garlic Aioli and drizzled with a hand crafted Red W**e Vinegrette. We served it on a fresh Focaccia Bread and press it on the Panini Grill until warm.
