Where do we even begin…
Over 20 years ago, we opened the doors to The Pines Trading Post and shared our home-cooked meals with this community. What started as a small dream quickly became more than just a restaurant — it became a gathering place. A place where friends caught up over lunch, families came after games, and travelers made memories on their way through.
But The Pines was never just a restaurant. It was also a meat market, where we cut our own steaks, ground our own beef, and made beef sticks and brats from scratch. We took pride in offering quality, homemade products that became a tradition for so many families.
For more than two decades, we weren’t “fast food” — we were good food, fast — and so much more.
Yesterday at 5PM, we officially closed our doors for the last time. It was a bittersweet moment, filled with reflection on the countless meals, conversations, and friendships we’ve been blessed to share over the years.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for walking through our doors, for supporting us, and for making The Pines Trading Post part of your lives. We are humbled by the love this community has shown us for over 20 years.
Though this chapter has closed, we hope The Pines will always be remembered as part of this community’s story — a place where good food, good friends, and good memories came together.
With love and gratitude,
— The Fulgenzi Family ❤️
