Your Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of The Cigar Box of PA, responsible for ensuring each customer has a memorable shopping experience. Your day-to-day duties will include:

Greeting and assisting customers with product selections and inquiries.
Sharing knowledge about our products to help customers make informed decisions.
Building strong relationships with regular customers and fostering a welcoming environment.
Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
Staying up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
Customer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering top-notch service.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment.
Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
