We take this seriously (and yes, there’s bourbon involved) as we meet with our Grotto Board to finalize the lineup before every spin.

🍓 Red, White & Blueberry Sparkler 🇺🇸
A refreshing, festive cocktail perfect for honoring the day with a toast.
Ingredients:
* 1.5 oz vodka (try Broken Shed)
* 1 oz lemon juice
* 0.5 oz simple syrup
* Sparkling water or club soda
* Fresh strawberries, blueberries, and a lemon wheel for garnish
* Optional: Splash of elderflower liqueur for a floral twist
Instructions:
1. Muddle a few blueberries and sliced strawberries in a shaker.
2. Add vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake with ice.
3. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with more berries and a lemon wheel.
Optional twist: Rim the glass with sugar + lemon zest for extra flair.
