Picture St. Augustine over 100 years ago. Long before the bustling tourist shops and crowded streets, the Ancient City was alive with the sights, sounds, and aromas of a thriving cigar industry.
Around the turn of the 20th century, the famous Carcaba factory was producing millions of “Pure Havana” ci**rs right here in St. Augustine! 🚬
It’s a fascinating chapter of our city’s history that many people have never heard about.
Today, at San Agustin Ci**rs, we’re proud to help keep that rich cigar-making heritage alive.
