We’re getting closer to HarborFest, and this week we’re bringing back one of those Sag Harbor traditions that always gets the crowd going the Oyster Shucking Contest!

And before we find out who will take this year’s title, we have to give it up for last year’s winner, Nancy Atlas, who stepped up, shucked her way to the top, and reminded everyone that her talents go well beyond the stage. 👑🦪

WHALERS WANTED! 🚣

Think you have what it takes to row for the coveted Whalers Cup?

One of HarborFest’s favorite traditions returns to the water September 19–20, and we’re calling on Sag Harbor to rally your crew and get ready to row!

Men’s and women’s adult divisions will compete throughout the weekend, along with the return of the Firefighter’s Cup on Sunday.

⚓ 4 people per team
⚓ Ages 16+
⚓ $50 per team
⚓ Preliminary rounds begin Saturday at noon
⚓ Semifinals + finals take place Sunday

Whether you’re getting in the boat or cheering from the waterfront, come be part of a tradition that brings out the spirit of Sag Harbor.

HarborFest is just one month away! ⚓️

As we count down to one of Sag Harbor’s favorite community weekends, we’re looking back at some of the familiar faces who make our annual Arts & Crafts Fair so special.

Here’s a snapshot of by Ia Faraoni, who joins us year after year for HarborFest, bringing her beautiful collection and creativity to the weekend.
