I want to address the rumors of the man Shivam Patel being an owner of Happy Days and Kings Pizza. He is not the owner, Zeel Patel is the owner and he is no way associated with either business. This is John Cook and my previous business Happy Days was not sold to Shivam Patel although he did want it at one time but instead it was taken over by Zeel Patel out of Birmingham. Her family owns a business in Birmingham and are some of the nicest people I’ve met. I just wanted this known from myself to you first hand because I know how rumors get started and are blown out of proportion. I want to thank all of my customers from decades past and value their friendships always and do not want this person that was arrested to look bad upon my past business and friendships. Again thank you for the great memories and your patronage and hope to continue them always.
