I usually ignore trends and fads on social media but this one was relentless and I finally gave in. And honestly, I wanted to hate it, but didn’t. Simply slice and freeze jalapeños. Plop a few in your cold glass of Sauvignon Blanc (or rose!) wait a couple minutes and enjoy! If you like a slightly spicy margarita, this is for you. The jalapeños bring out the grassiness and herbaceous qualities of the wine and add a savory quality. Generally I’m a wine purist but hey. Why not have some fun?
