🎃👻 Calling all ghosts, goblins, and candy collectors! 🍬

It’s almost time for door-to-door Halloween fun in the Town of Nashville! Before you grab your treat bags, here’s a friendly reminder: In 1993, the Town adopted an ordinance establishing rules for trick-or-treat visitations.

Here are a few reminders from Section 24-5:

🕗 Finish before 8:00 p.m.

📅 Halloween night: Trick-or-treating takes place on October 31. When Halloween falls on a Sunday, the ordinance designates Saturday, October 30, for trick-or-treating.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parents and guardians: Parents, guardians, and others responsible for a child may not knowingly allow a child in their care to violate the ordinance.

🔦 Help keep the evening safe and spook-tacular! Accompany young children, carry a flashlight, watch for traffic, and visit homes with their porch lights on.

Let’s make Halloween full of sweet treats and happy memories, Nashville! 🎃🍬
