It’s a pretty wine with lime, apple and tropical notes. There is a wonderful contrast between the powerful fruit and cool freshness.

3. Henri Latour Bourgogne Aligote 2022
The grapes are whole cluster pressed and fermented in steel. Fantastic note with a nutty, stoney aroma elevated by peach and pear notes. The palate has a great acidity and tension.

Pale straw-yellow color, elegant aromas of green apple and pineapple. In the mouth the wine is fresh, balanced, minimal and fruity with a floral finish.

3. Cayega Roero Arneis 2023
On the nose, the bouquet recalls ripe pears and white peaches and acacia honey, with a hint of exotic fruit. In the mouth it’s pleasantly enveloping, full and minimal , with an acidity that gives freshness and persistent aftertaste.

4. Broccardo Rosato 2024

Aging 70% in stainless tanks for 10 months and 30% in large Slavonian oak casks for 10 months. After that the two parts are blended together for 6 months of refining in the bottle. This traditional process allows the maintenance of the fresh acidity and spicy notes of an easy to drink, fragrant, unique and elegant wine.

7. Vite Colte ,Spezie Barbaresco Riserva 2015
Color: ruby red shading to garnet.
Bouquet: intense, and remarkably complex, with nuance of ripe black and red fruits. Showing spices like black pepper and cloves.
Palate: dry and warm, with impressive body and texture. The long lingering finish exhibits ripe red and black fruits and a remarkable balsamic note.

100% Palomino & Best Sherry Region in Andalucia. But it’s not fortified wine. It’s a still white wine. Assertive, harmonious and rounded, with flavors of aromatic herbs, citrus and pleasant minerality on the palate.

2. Her Chenin Blanc 2024 from South Africa
Delicate lime blossom, pear drop, subtle spice and white peach aromas lead to soft but still dry palate with rich apricot, pear and hints of fresh lemon and almond. Fresh, with a well integrated minerality.

3. Troupis Thunder Moschofilero Rose 1 liters 2024
