Bone dry aromatic white from Peloponnes. The nose bursts with intense jasmine & lemon blossom, while the palate delivers a crisp, zesty punch of lime & grapefruit with a vibrant, chalky mineral finish.

It features an aromatic nose of crisp green apple, lime zest, & fresh herbs, opening up to a bright, focused palate of gooseberry & crushed stone with a clean, saline finish.

1. Stift Klosterneuburg Gruner Veltliner Sekt Brut NV
It opens with a delicate, persistent bubbles & fruity spicy nose. On the palate, bright notes of Asian pear, green apple & zesty lemon citrus.

2. HER Chenin Blanc 2025 (Wellington, South Africa)
It offers a bouquet of ripe green apple, juicy lemon & lime blossoms. The palate is supple & layered, revealing tropical fruits, peaches & a light touch of almond.
