Hi friends! Long update post alert🚨 We have lots of new faces here and I know it’s been a hot minute since I last posted so let me reintroduce myself and let you in on what’s new. My name is Ade (pronounced: ahh-they) and I have owned earth zero waste since Dec 2021. It’s been quite a journey having started inside a cute consignment store, then doing popups, later opening a store for a couple years and then moving inside Rockford Art Deli for a year. We’re on a journey to find what works for us without owing an arm and a leg to corporations and letting earth grow on its own, slowly but very surely. So thank you for supporting us in all these changes.
To all my old friends here, In my personal life lots has happened! After 42 years of waiting, I met the man of my dreams😍 Photo 2 meet Nathan, he is the kindest most sweetest man I’ve ever met. He is a go-getter who dreams of becoming a full time coffee & cattle farmer. We are getting married in September and I get to be a heart mom to two sweet and very kind teens. Nate owns a farm out in Lena, Il where I’ve been transitioning moving to. We have chickens, a huge veggie garden, fruit trees, and acres of beautiful green land. Lately, I’ve been in my homestead era making sourdough, drinking raw milk, cutting wild flowers for my dining table, and getting ready to dive into the pickling world. Life in the country is everything I never knew I needed.
What this means for earth, we have decided to move earth online with local pickup options while I settle into this new life. I want to apologize for any inconveniences this may have on you but we hope this is temporary. We do plan to have pop-up’s every so often for your refills. If there’s anything we can do to make this transition easier for you please please reach out. I hope you know me well enough to know I’m happy to figure anything out to get your products to you 🥰
Love you so much and thank you for your support! 🤍
