The Buffalo Trace Toro cigar is a medium-bodied cigar with a complex flavor profile, featuring notes of spice, cedar, cashews, and vanilla, enhanced by the barrel-aged to***co. It is known for its smooth, even burn and is often enjoyed with bourbon, black coffee, or medium-bodied beer. The cigar's construction features an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, a Brazilian Arapiraca binder, and a blend of Dominican and Nicaraguan filler to***cos, some of which are aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels.

Buffalo Trace ci**rs are made by the Scandinavian To***co Group (STG) in collaboration with the Buffalo Trace Distillery. The ci**rs are produced at the General Cigar Dominicana factory in the Dominican Republic. They are designed to complement the flavor profile of Buffalo Trace bourbon.

Today we’re are featuring the H Upman Anejo!

Spanish for “old” or “vintage,” the word Añejo in this newest H. Upmann cigar brand release refers to all the to***co leaves in this blend being at least five years old. Born out of Havana, Cuba in 1844 by brothers August and Hermann Upmann the legend of the H. Upmann brand is strong, with some attributing the original owners with the invention of the cedar box as the preferred storage method for ci**rs. With the brand having successfully navigated aging so well, it is fitting for them to try their hand at a well-aged brand as well.

Produced in Honduras, H. Upmann 1844 Añejo is created using an Ecuador Habano wrapper, a Pennsylvania broadleaf binder and filler from Honduras, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic all aged at least 5 years. This medium to full-bodied treat has a robust profile filled with notes of earth, wood, leather, and subtle pepper. It is the first aged line in the H. Upmann portfolio and sure to be a success. So pick some up before word spreads and these become hard to come by!

Good news! H. Upmann 1844 Añejo has received a well-deserved 91-point rating, noting: "Puffing this dark, oily robusto is like sipping a sweet cappuccino with a drizzling of caramel on top. A bright citrus finish adds a bit of zest to the cigar’s sweeter coffee qualities."

Handmade in Miami, Florida by My Father Ci**rs. The Tatuaje Miami Gran Cojonu is part of Tatuaje’s series that releases a new blend every few years. The cigar received an 89 rating from Cigar Insider.
