Our friends at Our Paladar are hosting an intimate evening featuring Cayuse Vineyards of the Walla Walla Valley, with a five-course tasting menu thoughtfully curated to complement some of Washington State’s most sought-after w**es.

For more than 20 years, Christophe Baron has made it his mission to craft food-friendly w**es of incredible depth, individuality, and character. Produced in extremely limited quantities and offered through an allocation system, Cayuse w**es are notoriously difficult to acquire and well worth getting to know.

This is a rare opportunity to experience these w**es alongside their maker, with the added opportunity to purchase bottles poured throughout the evening, subject to availability.

From Japan to the Land of 10,000 Lakes. 🥃💜

Ichiro’s Malt Chichibu 2026 U.S. Edition prominently features Minneapolis on its label and while we don’t know why it was chosen, we have a few ideas.

Sure, there’s Duck, Duck, Gray Duck. The Minnesota Goodbye. Prince. Plenty of reasons to celebrate Minnesota.

But we have a feeling it goes deeper. Perhaps it’s about showing what solidarity looks like when it costs something. Showing up for our neighbors. Standing together when staying quiet would be easier. Making “Minnesota Nice” mean something beyond being polite.

Whatever inspired the label, that’s the Minnesota we’re raising a glass to.

And good wh**ky doesn’t need ice. 🥃💜
