Michael’s Sprits Ingredients
2 oz Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut
1 oz Hennessy VSOP5 oz Orange Liqueur
2 oz Cranberry Juice
Dash of Cranberry Bitters (Optional)
Garnish with Pomegranate Seeds (Optional — can sub for an orange twist)
Method
Combine all ingredients except Moët over ice in a wine glass. Top with champagne, garnish with pomegranate pearls then stir.

Makes 8 Hennessy Sangria cocktails.
Serve in your favorite glass over ice!
12.5 oz Of Hennessy Very Special
9 oz Of red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon or a similar dark red wine)
4 oz Of Fresh mango juice
4 oz Of cranberry juice
2 oz Of peach schnapps
1 Orange wheels, raspberries, blackberries and peach slices
