It’s the spookiest Caturday of the year!!!

Reminders!

1) Trick or Treat on Main Street sponsored by I ❤️ River Falls and a bunch of awesome small businesses. 1pm - 4pm. Family and kid-friendly! Look for the orange signs on our store fronts!!!!

2) PPG Costume Party sponsored by Bobby, Louanne, and Gracie! The cats want to have some fun so stop down from 4pm - 8pm in a costume; and get a Betty’s PR! This is a purrrfect way to start your Halloween evening festivities.

3) We get one more hour of fun tonight! Clocks roll back one hour at 2am on Sunday morning. Remember to reset the time on your ovens, microwaves, and even some modern cars these days!

We hope everyone has an amazing weekend; we have A LOT to celebrate in Wisconsin over the next 36ish hours! Stay safe, use the buddy system, hydrate, eat some food…you got this!

New scents for the fall/holiday season! I absolutely love it when the smokeodorcandles shipment gets dropped off by Rob. (I bet he would say otherwise since the boxes weigh quite a bit…)

1pm - 4pm: Trick or Treat on Main Street with I ❤️ River Falls. Many of your favorite small businesses will be opening their doors to the community for some trick-or-treating fun. Stop down with the kiddos, say hi to the kitties, grab some popcorn and candy.

4pm - 8pm: PPG Costume Party! Complimentary Betty’s PR for anywho who comes by with a costume on. (No purchase necessary and you do have to be of age; duh). We’ll have our Hitoki Trident out to experience. I’ll have my Saber with the Portable Attachment. Spooky movies playing. It’ll be a vibe that you won’t wanna miss!

Caturday is also Halloween! Lots of fun stuff going on.

1pm - 4pm: Trick or Treat on Main Street. Family-friendly time for youngsters to come around with their families to trick or treat around River Falls.

4pm - 8pm (closing time): PPG Costume Party! 1️⃣8️⃣+ extravaganza with a free Betty’s PR for anyone who pops by with their costume on.

Halloween is a bittersweet occasion for us this year as our costume queen, Ms Betty, will only be here in memory. She was the absolute sweetest cat to dress up and have some costume fun with. While she always looked a little PO’ed during it; she accepted it with open paws and make everyone smile. We miss you, Queen!

Sleepy eeepy Monday at the shop…but we’re getting excited for Halloween coming up! It’s on Caturday this year plus we get an extra hour for haunting. (Reminder to set any microwave/oven clocks back Saturday night/Sunday morning).

Trick or Treat on main street is happening Saturday, October 31st from 1-4pm. Bobby, Louanne, and Gracie can’t wait to see everyone’s costumes! 😻

Now is the time to stock up. Plan for 3-6 months of supply. Save up a few extra bucks now to put towards your stash purchase in the coming weeks. Find those nickels and dimes in your couch, car, and ceramic pig.

December will be here faster than we realize and stock across the nation will start to dry up. Seriously, sooner rather than later…consider building up your portfolio of products to have on hand after December 10th.

Owned by the same person and cross-posted the exact same posts. In fact, I only post to Instagram, which automatically posts to Facebook. But alas…we’re in Facebook jail and Instagram is like “nah you’re good!”.

Not to mention all the paid ads I see for restricted glass products, which are exactly the same that I post about. We get hit while they do not. I think the difference is we don’t pay for advertising, therefore since we’re not giving Zuck any money…they enforce “guidelines” with us but ignore others who have paid ads for the same “restricted products”.

Moral of the story…go seek out your small businesses and small content creators on all social media accounts. Actively find us and like our content. Share it. Tap that save button. Comment something. Even an emoji counts. That stuff DOES HELP! Wayyyyyy more than you understand.

It’s really sad that a human in our community, thinks that ripping an accessibility system off our door is “funny”.

We understand accidents happen but if that was the case, someone would have said something the day it happened and apologized.

But alas…no one has come forward so guess it’s time to see when this happened and who did it. Luckily we got cameras and I have all the time in the world to look through footage.

A new friend that the LEGO cat distribution system decided to send our way!

But…we need some help giving this new addition a name. Drop your best orange cat names in the comments below. We’ll pick one that best fits with the shop vibe/current cats; to name this new blocky and chonky orange boy to the “crew”.

(No…we do NOT have any new actual cats! Three is the purrrfect amount for the shop. Just a new fill-in character for when the real kitties are on break and cannot be bothered for pesky social media posts).
