The Brew Chamber at the Mill The Brew Chamber is a 2400 square foot brewpub with an attached brewery located at 12 Boswell St. in Ripley NY. Hors D' Oeuvres also.

The pub will feature house ales and cider along with other beverages that may be selected from Ripley to Long Island. Parking is located behind the building on the west side. Please enter and exit on the south side of the building by the tracks. This is a non smoking establishment. Under New York State law, no one under the age of 21 may consume alcoholic beverages. Any Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Bad year for ticks. Ticks are attracted to co2, and breweries emit a lot of it. I’ve noticed a few and had some tick larva on me. Don’t want anyone to catch one so I’m going close tonight. I’ll be busy fogging and cleaning. Have a good evening
