The losses in Kerrville and Central Texas are heartbreaking — and among the most vulnerable victims are hundreds of displaced animals needing to be reunited with their families or find a new home. To support the ongoing relief efforts, we’re hosting our July AF Cocktail 101 class this Friday with 100% of the proceeds to benefit Austin Pets Alive!, an incredible organization working tirelessly to rescue and care for animals affected by the Texas floods. 🐾

The Margarita — The most popular drink in America is the margarita. This well-loved beverage likely evolved from the "Daisy" cocktail which was popular in the late 1930's and early 1940's featuring a spirit, liqueur and citrus juice. The perfect combination of tangy and sweet, the margarita is a true Texas classic with the first frozen margarita premiering in Dallas and invented by restaurateur Mariano Martinez in 1971.
