SHIPPING NOT AVAILABLE

A gorgeous 8 year, 3 month Kentucky Rye with a very unique mashbill (64/30/6) making it super fruity and approachable to bourbon purists. A very healthy but balanced 122.52 proof

Quick review:

Nose: Bursting with fresh blueberries and raspberries, draped in rich chocolate.

Palate: Bright, juicy fruit meets decadent chocolate malt.

Finish: A slow, steady build — rye spice peeking through — ending with that dusty, sour oak note that whispers of vintage rye

This one really is quite lovely and another pick I would add to my personal Mt. Rushmore of barrels we have selected.

This will release this FRIDAY - online and in person.

Friday Mic Drop 🎤

No filters, just the natural colour of this epic Tokaji we got in today.

This stuff is ridiculously concentrated: each SPOONFUL is equal to 746 botrytis-blessed berries.

This is meant to be served via spoon, which it conveniently comes with (and it’s crystal), because, of course.

What’s wild is how it balances that syrupy richness (535g/l of sugar!) with razor-sharp acidity — lime, quince, apple, honey, the whole botrytis bouquet. For the Bordeaux enthusiasts, that’s 4x the quantity contained in D’yquem.

Only 2,300 half-bottles exist, and it’s the 8th vintage released since 1990. If you’re patient, it will evolve for generations to come.

As Royal Tokaji put it: “Our life is not long enough to reach the drinking window.”

This one is SOLD to an amazing customer but we can possibly order more… pls google the price before the DMs start 😂🍷
