We are so incredibly excited for this tasting collaboration next week! We’re partnering with the newly opened fifty nine to host a tequila and mezcal spirits masters class presented by John Dynan, the fantastic spirits portfolio manager for Prestige Ledroit. We’ll be tasting through a line up of various agave based spirits and discussing the history, differences, and developments of the astoundingly diverse world of agave.

Small bites will be prepared by fifty nine chef and owner, David Kneller, and a custom agave cocktail will be designed and presented by fifty nine bartender, Amber Carbino.

We love opportunities to work and partner with other local hospitality professionals to continue expanding the amazing community in Rehoboth. It’s going to be a fantastic season for drinking and learning and we couldn’t hope for a better kick off.

Every damn year. Whether we like it or not…the Oktoberfest and Pumpkin beers have arrived. There are still 39 days of summer left though, we know it’s sad, but the decorations are gonna have to wait.

Its dense purple color is followed by an incredible perfume of blackcurrants, blueberries, camphor, scorched earth, chocolate, and to***co. It’s young and unevolved, yet the purity is off the charts, and it slowly gives up more spice and floral notes with time in the glass. Hitting the palate with full-bodied richness, it’s an incredibly concentrated, powerful w**e that has plenty of baby fat covering serious amounts of underlying structure and tannins.
