Soooooo... about yesterday’s Fig & Brie announcement...

Apparently, we were SO EXCITED about Fig & Brie that we decided it deserved TWO announcements. 😂😂😂

Our apologies! We completely forgot we already introduced it last week. 🤦‍♂️🍫 Consider yesterday the official “IN CASE YOU MISSED IT” edition!

BUT TODAY... we actually DO have another flavor to introduce! 😂

🍫 MEET ANETTE… AND HER NEW CHOCOLATE OBSESSION! 🍌😂❤️

We have to introduce you to one of our newest regulars — Anette!

Anette recently discovered Brugge Chocolates while out on an adventure, and since then, she’s become a weekly visitor AND one of our wonderful social media followers! 🥰

Wellllll… Anette saw our posts about all the NEW flavors hitting the Flavor Bar and decided it was time to come in and get her chocolate fix! 🍫

We visited for a few minutes, she picked out her chocolates and headed over to Starbucks. While waiting in line, temptation struck…

She reached into her box and grabbed the BANANAS FOSTER. 🍌🍫

Her verdict?

🤯 “OUT OF THIS WORLD!” 🤯

Apparently, it was SO out of this world that about TEN MINUTES AFTER LEAVING OUR SHOP… ANETTE CAME BACK! 😂😂😂

🍫🍂 NEW FLAVOR #2 OF 8 HAS ARRIVED… AND THIS ONE COMES WITH A STORY! 🍂🍫

Yesterday we kicked off our EIGHT new flavors on the Flavor Bar, and today’s announcement is a GOOD ONE. Not only are we revealing one of my ABSOLUTE FALL FAVORITES, but we had the privilege of meeting some very special guests all the way from Virginia!

Everyone, meet the Layendeckers! Believe it or not, from mid-September until early May (weather depending), they order a 20-piece box twice a month and ship it all the way across the country! How cool is that?❤️

The Layendeckers have been Brugge Chocolates customers since the very beginning, and during their visit we learned something that made today’s flavor reveal even sweeter…

🥁🥁🥁 TODAY’S FLAVOR EXISTS BECAUSE OF MRS. LAYENDECKER!

Years ago, Mrs. Layendecker made a simple flavor suggestion to Susan, the founder of Brugge Chocolates. The two worked together, played with the idea, and eventually created the truffle that has become one of our FAVORITE flavors of fall!

Now… take a look at the picture. 👀 Any guesses???

Here are your clues:

🍌 Layer One: Banana gelée
🤍 Layer Two: White chocolate ganache with brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon AND Myers’s Rum

After being away for several months, one of our beautifully unique truffles has officially returned to the case…

✨ APRICOT MARYSE IS BACK! ✨

And this little two-layer beauty is absolutely PACKED with flavor!

🍑 The first layer is a bright, fruity Apricot Gelée
🍫 The second is a decadent Dark Chocolate & Lavender Ganache
💜 And it’s finished with delicate dried edible lavender on top.

The balance is EVERYTHING. It’s not too floral. It’s not too sweet. It’s not too much and definitely not too little. Take a bite and the flavors just EXPLODE together, leaving you with what we can only describe as a little taste of heaven. 😍🍫
