✨ An Evening to Remember at Lakewold Gardens ✨

This past Sunday night, we had the honor of participating in the Evening at the Lakewold Gardens Gala—and what a night it was! In our mission to share Brugge Chocolates with the world, we knew it was time to formally introduce ourselves to the South Sound community.

And what better way to make a first impression than with what we're famous for? 🥰 Each of the 200 guests received one of our signature Salted Caramels—both dark and milk chocolate, of course. 🎉 Say hello to our newest addition — ADRIENNE! 🎉

She’s Clinton’s right-hand gal and together they are THE dynamic duo of the Brugge kitchen. Think Batman and Robin…but with more chocolate. 🍫🔥

Adrienne is exactly what we were looking for (and then some)! Originally from the DC area, she began her pastry chef journey nearly 17 years ago — working in prestigious kitchens like 1789 and The Oval Room before making her way to the PNW.

Once she landed here, she brought her talent to catering (her first stop? The one and only Lisa Dupar!) and later honed in on the art of chocolate-making in the late 2010s. It didn’t take long before she realized: this is where the magic is.

And lucky us — because now she's part of the Brugge Chocolate family! 💛

(Oh and yes, this picture is staged. Safety first — no one should stir hot caramel and snap selfies at the same time… no matter how good your Instagram game is.)

Next time you bite into your favorite Brugge treat, know that Adrienne probably had a hand in it… and that hand is experienced, passionate, and full of chocolatey brilliance. 🍬👩‍🍳

We’re thrilled to welcome the newest addition to our Brugge Chocolates family — Kadence! 🍫✨

It’s only her second day, and she’s already ON POINT with the infamous Brugge Chocolate bow — and dare we say… in a month, she might be tying them better than us! 👀🎀 (We’ll let you be the judge 😉)

Kadence is currently pursuing her degree in business management at the University of Washington, and we can already tell she’s going to be a rockstar. She understands what makes Brugge so special — our mission to deliver unmatched customer experiences through every detail (including those perfect bows)!

Oh — and in case you were wondering — her favorite chocolate so far is the Mocha Truffle. Solid choice. ☕🍫

🚨 It’s BACK! 🚨 After begging our chef to make more, Bananas Foster truffles have officially returned to Brugge Chocolates — and they’re more delicious than ever.

If you’ve never had Bananas Foster, here’s a little backstory: this decadent dessert was born in 1950s New Orleans, made by flambéing bananas with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and rum — all served over vanilla ice cream.

We took that iconic flavor and spun it into a silky, buttery truffle that melts in your mouth. One bite and you’ll understand why we pleaded for more!
