Lavender and elderflower gin fizz! Delicious recipe to try out if you’re a gin lover with the new Empress Elderflower Rose Gin!

For two cocktails:
3oz Empress Elderflower Rose Gin
1.5oz fresh lemon juice
1.5oz lavender syrup
3 drops elderberry tincture or 1.5oz elderflower liqueur
1 egg white

Dry shake (no ice) gin, lemon juice, syrup, tincture and egg white for 15-30 seconds vigorously
Add 4-5 ice cubes and shake for another 30 seconds
Strain into chilled martini or coupe glasses
Garnish with lemon peel or sprig of lavender if you’re feeling fancy!

This drink is floral, botanical, and tart, great for the anti-sweet drinkers in your group!

Here's what you'll need:
