Branchwater Gin
A decidedly dry and sprightly textured gin, this bottle from up the Hudson is infused with pink peppercorn, cardamom, juniper, and citrus (among other things. There's always other things. It's gin). These folks spent years in the fine wine field and, with the help of distilling legend Hans Reisetbauer, have developed this wonderful gin! Utilizing all regenerative and organic farming methods, these folks are doing it right, both in the bottle and in the field.
