🥃🔥 WELCOME, Central Standard Craft Distillery! 🔥🥃

We’re excited to welcome Central Standard Craft Distillery to the very first Ayra's Bourbon & B**r Fest - 2026!

If there’s one distillery that truly represents the spirit of Milwaukee, it’s Central Standard. Founded in 2014, Central Standard was built around a simple idea: create great spirits using locally sourced ingredients and the passion of hard-working local people. Today, they remain proudly Milwaukee through and through.

From bourbon and rye to brandy, vodka, gin and ready-to-drink cocktails, Central Standard has built a portfolio that feels unmistakably Wisconsin. Their lineup includes Cabin Strength Bourbon, Red Cabin Bourbon, Founder’s Reserve, Riverbend Rye, North Wisconsin Brandy, Door County Cherry Vodka, Guided Trail Gin and much more.

And of course, you can’t talk about Central Standard without talking about the Wisconsin classic - the Brandy Old Fashioned. Their Brandy Old Fashioned is made with their award-winning North Wisconsin Brandy, bringing one of Wisconsin’s most iconic cocktails straight to the bottle. They’ve also expanded that Wisconsin tradition into ready-to-drink cocktails through their collaboration with Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Co..

Central Standard continues to grow right here in Milwaukee, with their new distillery and expanded operations becoming part of the historic Harley-Davidson campus. Their Crafthouse & Kitchen in downtown Milwaukee also gives people a place to experience their spirits through cocktails, food and Milwaukee hospitality.

From Wisconsin-inspired spirits to Milwaukee-made bourbon, rye, brandy and cocktails, Central Standard is bringing a true taste of Milwaukee to the Ayra’s Bourbon & B**r Fest.

We’re excited to have them with us and can’t wait for everyone to see what they’re bringing to the festival! 🥃🍻🔥

🍺🔥 WELCOME, Outlaw Light B**r! 🔥🍺

We’re excited to welcome Outlaw Light to the Ayra's Bourbon & B**r Fest - 2026!

Outlaw was built for the people who keep this country moving, hard-working people who know how to put in a long day and enjoy a cold b**r when it’s time to kick back. Their mission is simple: make a damn good light b**r at an honest price and bring some character back to the light b**r aisle.

Whether it’s a day on the lake, at the race, around a fire, or hanging out with friends after a long day of work, Outlaw is made to be there. They believe b**r should bring people together and feel connected to the communities that support it, rather than feeling like just another corporate brand.

The brand also embraces a distinctly American story, built around freedom, opportunity, hard work and the people and places that continue to make this country what it is. Behind every can is a team that takes pride in doing things the right way, from the brewers to the people keeping the lines running.

And when it comes to the b**r itself, Outlaw keeps it simple: Crisp. Crushable. Refreshing. 🍺🔥

We’re excited to have Outlaw Light joining us and bringing their signature blue cans to the festival alongside all the bourbon, wh***ey, b**r, seltzer and RTD brands coming together under one roof.

🥃🍻🔥 Ayra's Bourbon & B**r Fest - 2026 - Come Hungry! 🔥🍻🥃

We’re excited to have our longtime collaboration partners and great friends at Matty's Bar & Grille helping make the Ayra's Bourbon & B**r Fest - 2026 even better. But this isn’t just about the wh***ey. We’re putting together a full afternoon of great bourbon, wh***ey, b**r, food, people and experiences, and Matty's will be taking care of the food side of the experience.

From the heart of New Berlin, Matty's has been a Wisconsin favorite since 1997. Over the years, they’ve become known for great food, Wisconsin hospitality and a serious passion for bourbon, making them a perfect partner for an event like this.

For us, this partnership means more than just sharing barrel picks. We believe collaboration is about supporting the people and businesses we work with in every way we can bringing our customers together, supporting each other and creating experiences that are bigger than any one bottle.

We’ve shared some great barrel collaborations with Matty's, and now we’re bringing that partnership to the Bourbon & B**r Fest. 🥃🔥

Matty’s will be supplying a chef-curated menu for the event, with food designed to pair perfectly with the wide variety of bourbon, wh***ey and b**r being poured throughout the afternoon. Think bourbon pairings, b**r pairings and a chef-curated menu with more details coming soon. 👀🔥

And of course, the main event is still all about what’s in your glass. We’re bringing together 40–55 Bourbon, Wh***ey, B**r, Seltzer and RTD brands, with 120+ Bourbons and 60+ Craft B**rs all under one roof. 🥃🍻🔥

Expect exclusive and limited pours, special barrel picks and unique releases, b**r, seltzer and RTD selections, raffles, giveaways, swag, distillery and brand representatives, and plenty of surprises throughout the afternoon. 👀🔥

🥃🔥 WELCOME, Art of the Spirits Wh***ey! 🔥🥃

We’re excited to welcome one of our favorite wh***ey brands - Art of the Spirits to the Ayra's Bourbon & B**r Fest - 2026!

Based in Colorado Springs, Art of the Spirits was founded by Richard Paul, a Colorado native who has been building the brand since 2014. What makes Art of the Spirits stand out is their focus on limited-edition, cask-strength and store-picked barrels rather than mass-produced releases. Richard also brings his background in fine art into the wh***ey world, creating a unique connection between collectible wh***ey and collectible artwork.

And for us, Art of the Spirits is a little more personal. ❤️🥃

Richard Paul isn’t just the founder of Art of the Spirits - he’s a great friend of ours, and we’ve had the opportunity to build something pretty special together over the past year.

In less than a year, we’ve already done more than 11 Art of the Spirits barrel picks together, and plenty more in talks - You dont wanna miss on those as well! 🔥

A huge part of making those happen has been the support of our good friend Tom Shippen from Capitol Husting, who has been right there with us through these selections. And of course, we can’t forget the Wisconsin fan favorite himself - Don Tolson, Art of the Spirit's representative for the state of Wisconsin. 👊🥃

From cask-strength single barrels to unique finishes and some seriously eye-catching artwork, Art of the Spirits brings something different to the wh***ey world. Their releases are built around limited quantities, barrel selection and the idea that a great bottle can be both great wh***ey and a collectible piece of art.

And if you’ve had one of our Art of the Spirits picks before, you already know we’re not done yet. 👀🔥
