These barrels come from the highest levels of Jack Daniel’s historic Coy Hill rickhouses, where dramatic temperature changes create an intense aging environment. Our barrel spent its entire life on the top floor of Warehouse 1-13, aging for just over 10 years and 4 months in the heat and humidity of Coy Hill. The result is a rye wh***ey loaded with deep oak, bold spice, rich character, and a powerful yet surprisingly smooth finish. 🔥

When we started tasting through the samples, one barrel of few immediately stood out. It was an easy and unanimous decision, this was the one.
