All the Way from Sardinia, Italy!!!
Our Pala Soprasole Vermentino!! 🍾

Creating memories starting with the aromas of chalky lemons, white nectarines, hints of beeswax and crushed stones. Fresh and vivid with a medium body and a juicy, agile character. Leaving off with a mineral, refreshing finish.

The juice obtained from a soft pressing of the grapes is fermented in stainless steel vats with its natural yeast, at a controlled temperature of 15º. After fermentation, the wine ages in stainless steel vats with its lees for 4 months.

Let’s take a trip to Santa Barbara, California! We are featuring The Hilt Estate Chardonnay this week! Blended perfectly with 34% New French Oak, 56% Neutral French Oak, and 10 % Stainless Steel for 11 months. Classic notes of sliced apples, nectarines, and honeyed flowers. It’s elegant, beautifully balanced, and has a great finish. Leaving you with just a hint of salinity and minerality, perfect for these summer days. This winery is gifted with a dry and mild climate cooled significantly by moist ocean fog and breezes, a grape-grower’s dream land. This has made its appearance a few times on our Tasting Table so make sure to keep an eye out for it!
