Pulaski Mall New Ownership

An Update on Our Building

We’ve had several people ask about the status of our property, so we’d like to provide an update.

While we did receive some offers that were pending, we’ve decided to move in a different direction. As a result, the building is still available for sale.

Although it has most recently operated as a business, the possibilities don’t end there. Whether you’re looking for a retail space, a restoration project, or have a completely different vision, we’d love to see someone with ambition bring new life to this property.

If you or someone you know has been looking for an opportunity to own a unique building feel free to reach out for more information.

Thank you to everyone for your continued interest, support, and for sharing accurate information with others.

Dear Friends and Valued Customers,

We wanted to take a moment to share an important update with our community.

After much thought and many heartfelt conversations, we have made the difficult decision to sell our liquor license and will no longer sell liquor once the transaction is completed. B**r, w**e and other items will still be available at the store. This was not an easy decision for us, and it is one we did not make lightly.

As a small, family-owned business, this store has meant so much to us over the years. However, we are at a point where we feel it is time to shift our focus and spend more time with our family. While this decision comes with mixed emotions, we know it is the right step for us.

Along with selling the liquor license, we have also decided to offer the store for sale. We truly believe this store has great potential and would thrive with someone who has the time and energy to give it the tender loving care it deserves.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, loyalty and kindness you have shown us over the years. It has been an honor to serve this community, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

With sincere appreciation,

The Martines Family
