We’re back! 🙌

Provencal One Stop is officially open again!

I truly apologize for the sudden closure and the inconvenience it caused. We were never notified that we were missing a food permit. Normally, they’re supposed to send a notice and give a deadline—but that never happened. Instead, they showed up without warning and shut us down on the spot.

That said, I’ll also take the blame for not catching the missing permit myself. At the end of the day, it’s my responsibility—and I’ve learned a hard (and expensive) lesson from this 😂

If we had been properly notified, I could’ve fixed the issue without having to shut down. It ended up being the biggest financial loss of my life, but also a huge learning experience.

I’m incredibly grateful for all the support, love, and patience you’ve shown. I’m back and more committed than ever—and always open to any feedback or advice on how I can serve you better. 🙏

Important Notice to Our Customers

We regret to inform you that our store will be temporarily closed for the next few days due to a missing certification related to food and beverage services.

This oversight occurred during the process of transferring company ownership. While operating previously in Texas, I followed a different set of procedures, and unfortunately, I wasn’t fully aware of the specific requirements here in Louisiana. Because of this difference in state regulations, we missed one step in the paperwork.

I’m actively working with Louisiana state officials to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are committed to reopening soon and continuing to provide you with quality service.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Life is all about learning, and I’m learning through this process. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
