A bottle rooted in North Idaho, with a purpose that reaches even further. Our 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐲 is a small but mighty 375ml release, bringing together rich apple character, warm spice, and the craftsmanship that goes into everything we make at Up North.

More importantly, every bottle helps us give back. A portion of proceeds from this release supports the Idaho Veterans Home, making each bottle an opportunity to honor and support those who have served.

Similar to the beautiful hills and mountains of North Idaho, this Single Malt Wh**ky is worth exploring time and again. It is aged for a minimum of two years in American Oak barrels from Kentucky. It delivers an abundance of flavors, with a hint of brown sugar and caramelized fruit with the perfect oak nuances.
