A few new arrivals, and favorites.  
Marsannay 2022 - Clos du Roy ~ On par with a premier Cru at half the price.  This Burgundy is exceptional and of the 40 wines tasted this was the show stopper.

Reuilly 2022 - Les Chenes ~ Pinot Noir from the Loire.  You may know that I love Red Sancerre and while from Reuilly it shows exceptional power and reminds me of Sancerres of much higher price.  

Vincent 2023 - Ribbon Ridge.   Our first time with this beautiful powerful Oregon Pinot Noir.

Les Traverses De Fontanes 2023 ~ from the Languedox this powerful Cabernet Sauvignon out delivers wines at twice the price.

My two favorites of the week. We’ve had these in the store but this week I tried the new vintages.  From the Italian Island of Sardinia.  Delicious. The white, vermentino, is bright, crisp and delicious.  The red, cannonau (Grenache) is very different from what you might expect from The Rhône.  A brighter fruit profile with a very pleasant blueberry and wild cherry intensity.  I love both of these and they’ll be great for the summer.  Priced for everyday!

“Wow! I’m so glad it’s snowing in mid April!” Said no one ever…. On the plus side, we just brought in this Pinot from and it is absolutely delicious… we tried it on Tuesday and bought all we could… if you’re done building snowmen, come grab a couple bottles to drink while you book a last minute trip outta here
