Ron Colón Red Banana Oleo

Inspired by the shade-giving red banana trees all around the coffee farms in El Salvador. This aged rum is infused with banana peel oleo saccharum - a tropical flavored syrup derived from macerating banana peels in sugar for 24-48hrs. Red bananas are said to taste like a regular banana with a hint of raspberry sweetness. Or like a cross between a plantain and yellow banana. Bottled at 81(40.5%) proof

Laws Cask Strength Single Barrel Bourbon

Back in January, I was invited to go along with a bunch of degenerates😁 to Denver, CO to do some barrel pickin’. was one of the distilleries we went to, and man, do they have some tasty juice. I have been a fan of Laws for a few years, but most of the rest of the group hadn’t tried their stuff yet. So when we got there and Sam, Laws Head Distiller, tasted us through some barrels, it was great to see some eyes get opened. We ended up with two barrels that day. This one, and another that will be here later this year👀🌾🍊

Barrel No. 1252. Four grain mash bill, 60% corn, 20% wheat, 10% rye, 10% malted two-row barley. Barrel filled 12/12/16 at 110(55%) proof. Dumped on 3/27/26. Bottled at 142.4(71.2%) proof🔥🥃 Was a short barrel, only 96 bottles. The group snagged most of it, but there are 12 bottles left. When it’s gone, it’s gone.

A huge thank you to all the folks at Laws who helped us get this done. I know I’m super excited to finally have it in state.

Frey Ranch Barrel Strength Single Barrel Bourbon

Though this barrel was not sent for us, it was destined to be here. Another store said no to the samples offered to them last year, and I have been trying to do a Frey Ranch pic for over 4 years. So when I was offered the opportunity to save the pick that would have been sent elsewhere, I jumped on it. Went through the samples and came away with a winner.

Barrel No. 19-0987. Four grain mash bill, consisting of 66.6% corn, 11,4% winter rye, 10% winter wheat, and 12% two-row barley. Barreled on 11/19/19. Aged in Warehouse F - Rick 17F2. Dumped on 3/19/26. Bottled at 128.40(64.20%) proof. 216 bottles🥃🥃

Edradour Highland Single Malt Single Cask

Last April, while we were down in TX doing our Still Austin pick, we wandered into a store not far from where we were staying. While looking around, down the scotch aisle there was this phenomenal lineup of Single Casks. All kinds of finishes and ages. When we got back home a few days later, I thought to myself, “Hey, I like to do store picks. And I like Edradour. Lemme ask if we could do one”. And guess what… they said yes🤗

Cask No. 101. Distilled 3/9/2016. Aged in Caroni rum casks. Bottled on 9/16/2025 at 123.6(61.8%) proof. 230 bottles🥃🥃

Blanton’s Straight From The Barrel Single Barrel

Mic drop🎤 The first Blanton’s SFTB pick in OR, maybe the only one to ever be done. Had to give Sazerac the big display in the front of my store for 6 straight months and it could only be cases of Fireball and Platinum vodka, but that got us this super awesome pick. Barrel No. 0401. Barreled on 6/9/18. Aged in Warehouse H - Floor 4- Rick 1. Dumped on 4/1/26. Bottled at 123.45(61.725%) proof. The Easter Bunny is real🥃🥃
