Lock, Stock and Barrel 20 year:
The only US made 100% rye whiskey currently available. Aged in cold weather in newly charred oak barrels to avoid over-oaking. Warm spice, toffee and stone fruit on the nose, with a velvety finish of butterscotch and spice on the finish.

Lastly (but certainly not least) for this week’s new products, we have some fantastic expressions from . First is the wild Mexicano distilled by Luis Pacheco in June of 2019, from Rhodacantha agave. Second is the Destilado con pechuga de Pavo distilled by Juan Osorio in September of 2029 from Angustifolia agave.

Both of these bottles are fantastic expressions of artisan craftsmanship and a great way to get into higher end mezcals. Grab a copita and settle in with a fantastic tasting experience.

A couple of fun new rums in stock today. First is The Funk from St Catherine, Jamaica. An unaged pot still rum with heavy banana notes. Second is Rivers Antoine from Grenada. Coming in at 69% abv this one is definitely on the hot side, but is surprisingly smooth in a Daiquiri or Mai tai riff. Swing on by and grab one for your weekend vacay vibes.

Minimum aged 2 year bourbon on heavy charred American white oak barrels. With a nice balance of corn, rye, wheat and malted barley this should be a nice easy sipper for just about any palette.
