A big thank you to A Whole LATTE Smoke for organizing a wonderful Back to School event and bringing our community together. We were happy to contribute school supplies to help local students start the new school year prepared and confident.

Hello, Porter!

My name is Deepak and I’m honored to introduce myself as the owner and operator of Perfect Food & Gas of Porter.

Before becoming a small business owner, I proudly served our country as an Army Aviation Mechanic. The military taught me the values of integrity, hard work, accountability, and service—principles that continue to guide me every day as a proud veteran.

Perfect Food & Gas is more than just a convenience store to me. My goal is to create a place where neighbors feel welcome, travelers are treated with respect, and our community has a business it can rely on. I believe strong communities are built through relationships, and I look forward to getting to know the people of Porter and supporting local events, schools, and organizations whenever we can.
