Welcome back to Cooking with John! ☀️🔥 Today, we’re whipping up the perfect BBQ sauce for grilling season. Packed with flavor, it’s perfect for summer cookouts, backyard dinners, and adding something extra to pork, chicken, or shrimp.

Ingredients:
• 2 Tbls butter
• 1 finely diced medium onion
• 2 teas garlic
• 1/2 cup apricot jam
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup Ramborn Original Dry Cider
• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
• 2 Tbls Ramborn Apple Cider Balsamic Vinegar ( #1)
• 2 Tbls brown sugar
• 2 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 Tbls Moutarderie de Luxembourg Original Mustard

Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and stir until soft, approximately 5 minutes. Add garlic and stir for 2 more minutes. Add apricot jam, ketchup, Ramborn Original Cider, apple cider vinegar, Ramborn Balsamic Vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, and Moutarderie de Luxembourg Original Mustard. Simmer for approximately 30 minutes. Enjoy!
